RATES: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
TAX & FEE: $225 turnover fee, 11.45% Utah sales tax, and a 3% transaction fee will be included in your final payment.
DEPOSITS: A credit card deposit equal to one night’s rent is required to hold the reservation. A fully refundable $500 damage deposit will be collected prior to arrival.
PAYMENTS: Full payment will be charged to the credit card 30 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival date will have the reservation deposit refunded less a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations made between 31-60 days before arrival will forfeit the reservation deposit. Cancellations made 30 days or less before arrival date will forfeit entire payment. No refunds will be made for late arrival or early departure.
CHECK-IN/OUT TIME: Check-in time is after 4:00 pm on arrival day. Check-out time is before 10:00 am on departure day. Contact property manager in advance with early arrival or late departure requests.
NO SMOKING NO PETS: Absolutely NO smoking or pets in the house. A cleaning fee of $300 will be charged if this policy is violated.
