Professionally decorated and completely remodeled in 2015, this amazing 3 bedroom plus bonus room, 3 full bath ski chalet is perfectly situated minutes from all three World Class Ski Resorts. With 2 king bed master bedroom suites, a double twin bedroom, a double twin bonus room and a queen pullout couch, this private home can sleep up to 9 people 'in beds' (8 adults max) and offers an ideal getaway for families, couples and singles traveling together. For added versatility, the 2 twin beds in the upstairs bedroom can be moved together and made up as a king bed.

Open and welcome living, the 467 Windrift Lane chalet features a large great room with a comfy sectional sofa and club chairs facing the cozy fireplace and large HD flat screen TV with a Bluetooth sound bar. Exceptional views of both Deer Valley and Park City Resorts are seen from the large living room picture windows and from the front covered deck which features a private hot tub, table and chairs and an outdoor BBQ Grill.

This luxury rental home also includes HD Flat Screen TV's in the bedrooms, hi-speed cable with free Wi-Fi, humidifiers, hairdryers and high quality linens and towels. Air conditioning window units in the main room and upstairs bedroom during the summer. For guest convenience, consumable amenities such as paper towels, kleenex, toilet paper, trash bags, soap, shampoo, conditioners and lotion are provided. In addition, owners have thoughtfully provided laundry detergent, dish soap and dishwashing detergent and other various necessities for guest's convenience and comfort.

This quiet neighborhood is surrounded with mature willow and spruce trees and features a bubbling mountain stream running adjacent to 467 Windrift Lane. There is ample parking with the one car garage, driveway parking space and plenty of extra parking spaces directly across the street. Community pool and brand new tennis / pickleball courts right across the street available to enjoy during the summer.

467 Windrift Lane is situated only 300 feet from a Park City Bus Stop (the Saddleview Way Stop). The complimentary Park City Bus System will take you wherever you want to go: Historic Main Street, Kimball Junction, North of Main, the Tanger Outlets, Deer Valley Resort, Park City Mountain or the Utah Olympic Park. 5/5 - Most enjoyable rental we have ever had in Park City. Condo is in a great location and very nice - We have been coming to the Park City / Salt Lake area for a few years now. We have rented multiple condos and town homes in Park City before and this has been by far our best most enjoyable experience.

The condo is in a great neighborhood and very accessible to Main Street in Park City. It is very updated and the room layout is great for a family with kids or three couples. I highly recommend renting this property for a winter ski trip or a fun activity week in the summer. Casey W.

5/5 - Super comfy condo - What a great place! The home was appointed well from the kitchen supplies to the bedding, as well as EVERYthing you don’t want to buy when on vacation like paper products, cleaning supplies, even coffee filters and spices!

We even arrived to a super cute welcome basket with special treats. Hanging out on the deck in the hot tub, bbq-ing or just drinking coffee in the chairs and enjoying the view. We slept with the window open and there was a nice babbling brook in the back yard.

3 bedrooms and 3 baths with a bonus room were perfect. WiFi was fast, tv were all hd with dvrs and hbo so we could record shows or watch net flicks.

The prop manager was super responsive with suggestions and made our stay very enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again! Jayna B.

5/5 - Great location and home! - This house was perfect! We had six adults and three child under five years old. There was plenty of space for everyone.

It was a two minute walk to the bus stop (which we took to the lifts). It was a short 5-10 minute drive to main street. The view from the living room/balcony was incredible.

5/5 - Amazing condo! Wonderful vacation!!- We checked out of this amazing condo early this morning to ,are our trek back to Iowa. We miss it already. Utah is our favorite place to visit.

We were lucky enough to discover this amazing condo last year and definitely wanted to book it again for our ski trip. It is so perfect for families! So close to everything. We walked to the grocery store and liquor store.

The condo had enough room for the five of us and we were never cramped. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen is so well stocked for whatever you may need. We had family over for dinner and had plenty of room for our group of 11. The condo has a convenient washer and dryer.

That really helps with a family of 5 when traveling. The hot tub on the deck was amazing for sore muscles after skiing. Our communication with Bo was so helpful. Easy check in and checkout. We really can’t say enough about this amazing condo. We will definitely book it again and again. Love it! Thanks Bo! Maureen W.

5/5 - Great Park City home for groups and/or families! - This is the fourth or fifth home that I have stayed in that is managed by the same owner (Luxury Park City Rentals). Like the rest, the home was in great condition, with nice high-end finishes.

The home is the second and third floor of town home, and includes a shared garage. The home was as-advertised and as the pictures showed. We had no issues whatsoever. Located a few blocks from downtown, we easily drove and/or took Ubers to all of the sights in Park City. Highly convenient location. Justin H.

RATES: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
TTAX & FEE: An additional $311 turnover fee and 17.35% Utah sales tax and fees will be included in your total amount due.
DEPOSITS: A credit card reservation deposit equal to 25% of the total amount due is required to hold the reservation. A fully refundable $500 damage deposit will be collected prior to arrival.
PAYMENTS: The final amount due will be charged to the credit card 30 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival date will have the reservation deposit refunded entirely. Cancellations made between 31-60 days before arrival will forfeit the reservation deposit. Cancellations made 30 days or less before arrival date will forfeit entire payment. No refunds will be made for late arrival or early departure.
CHECK-IN/OUT TIME: Check-in time is after 4:00 pm on arrival day. Check-out time is before 10:00 am on departure day. Contact property manager in advance with early arrival or late departure requests.
NO SMOKING ~ NO PETS: Absolutely NO smoking or pets in the house. A cleaning fee of $300 will be charged if this policy is violated.
Occupancy and Vehicle Limit: A maximum of 9 people are allowed to be in the house at anytime. No more than 1 vehicle per 5 guests is allowed at anytime in the garage or driveway. There is no street parking allowed.
No Parties/No Events/No Large Gatherings: Absolutely no house parties, no events and no large gatherings. If a house party attempts to occupy the property, the group and Tenant will be evicted and all monies will be forfeited. No loud music will be tolerated, and all music should be turned off at 10 pm.
Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age and an adult must be present in the house at all times when occupied. Tenant acknowledges that hazards exists for children
Slippery and Icy Conditions Exist: The driveway will be plowed and the entry will be shoveled after it snows, but there still exists slippery and icy conditions, including roof snow and icicles.
No Open Flames: Tenant agrees to have a responsible adult present at all times while a fire is burning in the fireplace. No lit candles are allowed.
No Equipment in the House: Please keep all skis, snowboard, poles, bikes and equipment in the garage.
Governing Laws: Guest agrees to abide by the laws, rules and regulations of the governing jurisdictions.

5/5 - Great Ski Trip! - Great condo in good location! I organized and picked this property for annual guys ski trip, first time in PC in many years.

Everything about the condo was perfect - recently updated, great living room to hang out and good amount of space overall.

The ability to allow each person to have their own bed, without dealing with pull-out couches, etc., was terrific. 3 bathrooms was great as well.

In addition, great communication with Bo, the owner, who was very responsive. Highly recommend. Cliff B.
