5/5 - Great location & great townhome! - We had a great experience here! The townhouse is in the perfect location in Park City! We enjoyed all the hiking/mountain biking trails nearby and the relaxing view of the mountains and golf course from the patio. The house was very clean and the Host Bo was very kind and helpful with tips for around the city! We would most definitely stay again!

5/5 - Perfect location! - This place was awesome! A short walk to the Silverstar lift and a trail that drops you off literally across from the driveway to the house. Kitchen was well equipped and stocked. The property manager, Bo, was great to work with. We had some special requests and his response time was very timely and he was extremely accommodating as well. All in all, a great experience....highly recommended.

5/5 - Loved it - This is an amazing property near the base of the Silverstar lift. It's super close to everything, and a great property for a group. As long as you don't mind skiing down an ungroomed black, it is ski-in, and it's only a 5 minute walk in ski gear to the loft. Highly recommend this property, would definitely rent again.

5/5 - We loved our summer vacation in Park City! - The home is situated perfectly, close to everything that Park City has to offer, and just steps away from mountain trails that boast amazing views. Soaking in the hot tub was a wonderful way to wind down in the evenings. Bo responded quickly to our questions and needs, and was really easy to work with. We will definitely keep this home at the top of our list for our next trip to Park City.

5/5 - Beautiful, cozy, short walk to slopes - We had a lovely time at this place! Such a cozy cabin vibe. The walk to the slopes was really short (probably comparable to what you would walk from the main base parking lot to the lift) and you can ski directly in via Ligety Split black trail. The kitchen had everything we needed to eat home most nights. Note that the upstairs is just the master bedroom and the downstairs (with the entertainment den) leads to the other two bedrooms. FYI the prettiest part of Park City mountain is over by Canyons, in my opinion.

RATES: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
TAX & FEE: An additional $329 turnover fee and 17.35% Utah sales tax and fees will be included in your total amount due.
DEPOSITS: A credit card reservation deposit equal to 25% of the total amount due is required to hold the reservation. A fully refundable $500 damage deposit will be collected prior to arrival.
PAYMENTS: The final amount due will be charged to the credit card 30 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival date will have the reservation deposit refunded entirely. Cancellations made between 31-60 days before arrival will forfeit the reservation deposit. Cancellations made 30 days or less before arrival date will forfeit entire payment. No refunds will be made for late arrival or early departure.
CHECK-IN/OUT TIME: : A credit card deposit equal to one night's rent is required to hold the reservation. A fully refundable $500 damage deposit will be collected prior to arrival.
NO SMOKING & NO PETS: Absolutely NO smoking or pets in the house. No exceptions. A cleaning fee of $300 will be charged if this policy is violated.
Occupancy and Vehicle Limit: A maximum of 9 people are allowed to be in the house at anytime. No more than 1 vehicle per 5 guests is allowed at anytime in the garage or driveway. There is no street parking allowed.
No Parties/No Events/No Large Gatherings: Absolutely no house parties, no events and no large gatherings. If a house party attempts to occupy the property, the group and Tenant will be evicted and all monies will be forfeited. No loud music will be tolerated, and all music should be turned off at 10 pm.
Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age and an adult must be present in the house at all times when occupied. Tenant acknowledges that hazards exists for children
Slippery and Icy Conditions Exist: The driveway will be plowed and the entry will be shoveled after it snows, but there still exists slippery and icy conditions, including roof snow and icicles.
No Open Flames: Tenant agrees to have a responsible adult present at all times while a fire is burning in the fireplace. No lit candles are allowed.
No Equipment in the House: Please keep all skis, snowboard, poles, bikes and equipment in the garage.
Governing Laws: Guest agrees to abide by the laws, rules and regulations of the governing jurisdictions.
