5/5 - Park City Perfection - If you really want to experience Park City, 1038 Lowell is the place to stay. It's alpine village perfection with beautiful views, great light, and as advertised a strategic location: walking distance to the Town Line lift, the PCMR base lift (for more beginner skiing) and to Main St.
The house may look narrow and small from the outside but it is so well laid out that we had privacy when needed and wonderful communal space with an open plan kitchen which was conducive to coming together. We were 6 and could have been 7 with the cosy day bed tucked into a nook on the third floor which had wonderful mountain views and was a great place to relax or read after skiing.
Our group was my husband and I, my 24 year old son and his girfriend, and my 20 year old daughter and 16 year old son. Everyone loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom; we also had a half bathroom in the common area. The interior is tastefully designed with fun vintage and retro alpine accessories and Park City prints that just work for this house. You can tell that that the selections were thoughtful. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances and then some great extras like a coffee grinder and waffle iron. The house was immaculate.
We loved working with Park City Luxury Rentals. They are professional and understand the hospitality business . You can sense their pride and commitment in their service and appointments. Check in was seamless. Luxury Rentals reached out to us before check with property access directions. At first, I was intimidated by all the instructions for the property and particularly for the checkout but the check out was a cinch. Luxury Rentals had an instruction checklist in a lucite frame on the kitchen counter. Very helpful.
The welcome basket was a wonderful touch with a mini bottle of Prosecco, a small package of coffee from a local roaster, an assotment of chocolates, and tons of information on the Park City area. Also, the property manager was just a text, email,. or phone call away and quickly responded to any questions we had. yet he was not intrusive in any way.
We had some snow while we were there and we were going to shovel the driveway and by the time we were going to do it, the shoveling had been done. We liked that the house felt like a vacation property but at the same time gave us the feel of actually living in Park City. We can't wait to go back and hope that can. The house exceeded our expectation. It's a gem.

5/5 - Mountain House Was Epic. The Mountain House was awesome from cleanliness, location, ease of booking, and communication with Bo was excellent. Perfect location to the mountain. I was able to bike to and from the house right to the lift access runs at Park City then enjoy a cold beverage just a short walk away in old town. Can't wait for winter! Coming back for sure!

RATES: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
TAX & FEE: An additional $329 turnover fee and 17.35% Utah sales tax and fees will be included in your total amount due.
DEPOSITS: A credit card reservation deposit equal to 25% of the total amount due is required to hold the reservation. A fully refundable $500 damage deposit will be collected prior to arrival.
PAYMENTS: The final amount due will be charged to the credit card 30 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival date will have the reservation deposit refunded entirely. Cancellations made between 31-60 days before arrival will forfeit the reservation deposit. Cancellations made 30 days or less before arrival date will forfeit entire payment. No refunds will be made for late arrival or early departure.
CHECK-IN/OUT TIME: Check-in time is after 4:00 pm on arrival day. Check-out time is before 10:00 am on departure day. Contact property manager in advance with early arrival or late departure requests.
NO SMOKING NO PETS: Absolutely NO smoking or pets in the house. A cleaning fee of $300 will be charged if this policy is violated.
Occupancy and Vehicle Limit: A maximum of 8 people are allowed to be in the house at anytime. No more than 1 vehicle per 5 guests is allowed at anytime in the garage or driveway. There is no street parking allowed.
No Parties/No Events/No Large Gatherings: Absolutely no house parties, no events and no large gatherings. If a house party attempts to occupy the property, the group and Tenant will be evicted and all monies will be forfeited. No loud music will be tolerated, and all music should be turned off at 10 pm.
Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age and an adult must be present in the house at all times when occupied. Tenant acknowledges that hazards exists for children
Slippery and Icy Conditions Exist: The driveway will be plowed and the entry will be shoveled after it snows, but there still exists slippery and icy conditions, including roof snow and icicles.
No Open Flames: Tenant agrees to have a responsible adult present at all times while a fire is burning in the fireplace. No lit candles are allowed.
No Equipment in the House: Please keep all skis, snowboard, poles, bikes and equipment in the garage.
Governing Laws: Guest agrees to abide by the laws, rules and regulations of the governing jurisdictions.
