5/5 - Clean and comfy - I have stayed in many condos in park city and this one was one of the best. The condo was very clean and well cared for, you can tell the owner and property manager really take care of it. The pickle ball court and the trails right from the condo made it extra fun. We will be back.

5/5 - Perfect place to stay - This was my first trip to ski park city and the condo at 485 Windrift was perfect. The location was close to everything and the unit had privacy and in garage parking. The condo was very clean spacious and very appointed for all our needs. I hope that we will be able to return one day soon and I would definitely want to stay here again. Lastly, the property manager Bo was very kind and helpful with anything we needed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone considering a trip up Park City.

5/5 - Spring Skiing - We had a great time in Utah. Absolutely loved our VRBO with Luxury Park City Rentals. We arrived to a find a welcome gift of wine, chocolate and coffee which was all delicious and enjoyed before and after our ski days. Our vacation home was comfortable, cozy and clean. Loved everything about it! We will be back soon!

5/5 - Perfect condo for ski vacation! - This is a beautiful condo and perfect location for skiers. The kitchen is well stocked with condiments and cooking ware. You walk a short distance to Park Ave and take the Blue bus to Park City Mountain or Deer Valley. I highly recommend that you rent ski equipment from Cole’s Sports located at the Park City Mountain location as they will store your skis and poles free overnight. Then catch the blue bus home and no hassle with carrying the skis. We had dinner out every night and multiple choices of good restaurants! Bo was so informative on every detail from beginning to end of our trip. He was very easy to communicate with on any questions or concerns! We will certainly be back to this condo next year!

5/5 - Best apartment in Park City- I was at Park City for New Years Eve with my family and we had a blast. Sking was awesome. What made our vacation even better was the apartment we stayed in. Beautiful, cozy, clean and comfortable. Sitting around the fireplace it was just amazing. All the amenities the owners shared were amazing, you didn't have to worry for cleaning supplies, trash bags, shampoo, soap, etc. Booking was extremly easy and no need of checking in or out, just an email, follow easy instrucions and feel like home. I highly recommend this property.

5/5 - Great location for adventurous skiers - The condo was cozy, nicely furnished and had everything we needed. Probably the best stocked kitchen of any place we’ve stayed. Very nice Bluetooth setup for playing your own music and smart tv to watch movies from your Netflix account.
If you come to park city to take advantage of ALL the resorts then this place is perfect. It’s between the PC and Canyons resorts and and quick 45 min to the Cottonwoods Canyons skiing across the mountain. I would stay again!!!

5/5 - It was perfect! - The place was a perfect location and the condo was beautiful. We found a great breakfast spot, Five Seeds, within walking distance as well as a Starbucks. It was a short distance from the slopes and you could catch the bus.
We were surprised by all the extras it had such as soap, shampoo, laundry detergent and more. Enjoyed the fireplace and the quietness of the community.
Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Booking was easy and Mr. Pitkin was very good to work with. Loved the coziness of this place!

RATES: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
TAX & FEE: An additional $185 turnover fee and 19% Utah sales tax and fees will be included in your total amount due.
DEPOSITS: A credit card reservation deposit equal to 25% of the total amount due is required to hold the reservation. A fully refundable $500 damage deposit will be collected prior to arrival.
PAYMENTS: The final amount due will be charged to the credit card 30 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival date will have the reservation deposit refunded less a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations made between 31-60 days before arrival will forfeit the reservation deposit. Cancellations made 30 days or less before arrival date will forfeit entire payment. No refunds will be made for late arrival or early departure.
CHECK-IN/OUT TIME: Check-in time is after 4:00 pm on arrival day. Check-out time is before 10:00 am on departure day. Contact property manager in advance with early arrival or late departure requests.
NO SMOKING ~ NO PETS: Absolutely NO smoking or pets in the house. A cleaning fee of $300 will be charged if this policy is violated.
Occupancy and Vehicle Limit: A maximum of 6 people are allowed to be in the house at anytime. No more than 1 vehicle per 5 guests is allowed at anytime in the garage or driveway. There is no street parking allowed.
No Parties/No Events/No Large Gatherings: Absolutely no house parties, no events and no large gatherings. If a house party attempts to occupy the property, the group and Tenant will be evicted and all monies will be forfeited. No loud music will be tolerated, and all music should be turned off at 10 pm.
Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age and an adult must be present in the house at all times when occupied. Tenant acknowledges that hazards exists for children
Slippery and Icy Conditions Exist: The driveway will be plowed and the entry will be shoveled after it snows, but there still exists slippery and icy conditions, including roof snow and icicles.
No Open Flames: Tenant agrees to have a responsible adult present at all times while a fire is burning in the fireplace. No lit candles are allowed.
No Equipment in the House: Please keep all skis, snowboard, poles, bikes and equipment in the garage.
Governing Laws: Guest agrees to abide by the laws, rules and regulations of the governing jurisdictions.
